All hard pork sausages come from the lean meat of Iberian pigs fed on acorns in season; they spend the remainder of their lives in stables feeding on natural fodder until they are slaughtered. This is the main difference between the acorn-fed Iberian pig and the cereal-fed Iberian pig.

The hard pork sausages which we send to your home do not need any special treatment or care, as they are dispatched in perfect condition. However, we do advise you to remove them from their vacuum packaging an hour before consumption so that their taste can be appreciated to the full.
