All the salami-type sausages come from the lean meat of Iberian pigs fed on acorns in season; they spend the remainder of their lives on the montanera or pastureland feeding on natural fodder and roots from the fields. The result of this feeding and the great care taken in their manufacture is this high quality product.
The salami-type sausages which we send to your home need no special treatment or care as they are dispatched in perfect condition. However, we do advise you to remove them from their vacuum packaging an hour before consumption so that their taste can be appreciated to the full.
