Once the acorn-fed Iberian pig has been slaughtered the whole pieces of loin are selected. These are seasoned with Denomination of Origin paprika from La Vera and natural spices and subsequently presented in their intestine casing or embuchados. Their weight varies between 0.5 kg and 1.500 kg.
